Our hoppiest full-time beer — big, bold, and unapologetically West Coast. El Niño IPA is a dry-hopped American IPA where hops take center stage. Massive additions of CTZ throughout the boil and dry hopping unleash intense aromas of citrus, pine, and spice. Inspired by the original British IPAs built for long voyages, this style was pushed to new extremes by California brewers in the 1990s, creating the West Coast IPA we know today.

Expect a golden pour with a firm bitterness that lingers, balanced only slightly by a subtle malt backbone. Bold enough to stand up to spicy dishes and big flavors, this is a beer for serious hop lovers.
